  • Cooling Maintenance Checklist

    Spring Changeover:

    • Check blower motor
    • Check refrigerant level to system
    • Check system for optimal cooling
    • Wash condenser coil
    • Check drain system
    • Check voltage and AMP draw to all motors
    • Check air temperature drop across evaporator coil
    • Check start contacts
    • Check thermostat
    • Check electrical controls
    • Inspect plenums for air leaks
    • Check operation of equipment
  • Heating Maintenance Checklist

    Fall Changeover:

    • Check burners or heat strips
    • Check fan control
    • Check thermostat
    • Check gas value
    • Check gas line for gas leaks
    • Check fuel exhaust connections
    • Check pilot assembly
    • Inspect heater exchanger
    • Check electrical controls
    • Check igniter system.
    • Check plenum for air leaks
    • Check operation of equipment
  • Special Provisions
    • Planned service agreements are transferable at the same address only.
    • Wright Brothers A/C & Heating/Larry Wright, reserves the right to reject any agreement if, on inspection by serviceman, equipment is found to be in such condition that service will be unsatisfactory to both parties.
    • Wright Brothers AC & Heating/Larry Wright will schedule the two annual calls on a timely seasonal basis we will attempt to notify agreement customers for scheduling two times by telephone.
    • Service agreements are renewable each year by the end of the month of original start date. All work done on any agreement after annual due date will be done on an open rate basis.
